How can I reset my password?

1. To reset you password in platform, navigate to https://upskill.quanthub.com

2. Select your user icon in the top right hand corner.

3. Select "Your profile"

4. Select "Email/Password"

5. Select the "Update your password" field.

6. Once you have updated your password, and confirmed it with your current one, select "Update email/password".

7. If you need help resetting your password from the homepage, select "Forgot password?"

8. Type your Email in field.

9. You should receive an email to reset your password and take you back to the sign in page.

Tip: If you did not receive your reset password email, please check spam/junk folder first. If you still have not received the email please visit the support homepage and "Submit a Ticket."
