What do I do if my students cannot receive a password reset or account confirmation email?

Student is logged in but forgot their password 


1. Navigate to your roster and select "Manage" for the student who needs a reset.




2. Select "Copy Reset Password Link"

  • If a student has email connected, you can "Send Password Reset Email" 
  • If not, follow the steps below. 




3. Send link to the student and have them paste the copied link in their browser.




4. Now the student can reset their password.




If a student has not registered in QuantHub


1. Select the student, copy registration link, and share the link with them.  




2. The student can follow the steps to sign up and begin learning. 




3. Student will see a confirmation message. 




Student has an account without email confirmation


1. Select the student and select "Copy Account Confirmation Link." 




2. Share this link with your student and they can use this link to confirm their email.
