Why is my learning progress stuck at 99%?

Typically when a user's skill progress bar is stuck at 99%, it's because they are clicking the "Study before answering" button that is found at the bottom of most questions.

Next time you answer a question, ensure that you don't press this button, as it tells our algorithm that you don't know the answer.
