Why does my dashboard say that I'm on a free trial when I know that I have a paid account through my company or school?

How to fix the message saying you're either on a free trial or that your free trial has ended.

Are you seeing a message like the one below about how your free trial has ended or has X amount of days left, but you know you or your organization has paid for an account in your name?

When your account was set up, you should have received an email from QuantHub welcoming you to the platform. To fix this free trial error, simply click "Accept invitation" in the welcome email that was sent to your inbox.

If you do not see this email, be sure to check your spam folder or other folders within your inbox. If you still do not see the welcome email, please contact the person who set up your account or submit a ticket to support requesting your invitation link.
