What do I do if my students cannot receive a password reset or account confirmation email?

Some school systems have difficulties with whitelisting emails from support@quanthub.com. It is highly recommended that you collaborate with your IT department to enable whitelisting. However, you may not have to wait for this procedure to implement.

If you are experiencing an issue with your students' ability to access emails from QuantHub, you may bypass this requirement by utilizing your "Classes" tab in your Insights Dashboard. Reset your students' passwords and access their confirmation link. 

1. Select "Insights" from your drop-down menu in the top right.

2. Select the "Classes" tab.

3. Select "Edit" next to the class you need to help your student gain access to.

4. If a student has not confirmed their account, they will have a red exclamation next to their name. You may copy their confirmation code for them and send it to them in your LMS.

5. If a student has confirmed their account but needs to reset their password, you may click "Reset password" to reveal the URL they need in order to reset their password.
