      What do I do if I get an error with my invitation code?

      Learn more about the common errors to avoid when redeeming an invite code.

      Common Errors to Avoid

      1. Email addresses are tied to invitation codes - Ensure the email address the recruiter has on file is the same email address used to create your QuantHub account.
      2. Remove any extra spaces or characters from the code - When copying and pasting the invitation code, be sure that no extra spaces or characters are being included.

      3. Review the deadline - If your assessment includes a deadline and that date and/or time is in the past, you cannot redeem the invitation code.
