What do I do if I get an error with my invitation code?

Below are the most common errors for receiving an error message when redeeming an invite code.

  1. Email addresses are tied to invitation codes - Ensure the email address the recruiter has on file is the same email address used to create your QuantHub account. Learn how to Update your Email Address.
  2. Remove any extra spaces or characters from the code - When copying and pasting the invitation code, be sure that no extra spaces or characters are being included.
  3. Review the deadline - If your assessment includes a deadline and that date and/or time is in the past, you cannot redeem the invitation code.
