Below are the most common errors for receiving an error message when redeeming an invite code.
- Email addresses are tied to invitation codes - Ensure the email address the recruiter has on file is the same email address used to create your QuantHub account. Learn how to Update your Email Address.
- Remove any extra spaces or characters from the code - When copying and pasting the invitation code, be sure that no extra spaces or characters are being included.
- Review the deadline - If your assessment includes a deadline and that date and/or time is in the past, you cannot redeem the invitation code.
