Single select questions are completed by choosing one of the answers.
Multi-Select
Multi-select questions are completed by selecting one or more answers.
Ordering
These questions are completed by organizing the list of answers in the correct order. The answers can be moved by clicking and dragging the two grey lines on the right sides of each.
Select and Order
Select and order questions are completed by choosing the correct answers and putting them into the right order above (highlighted in blue). The answers can be moved by clicking and dragging the two grey lines on the right-sides of each.
Numerical Cloze
Numerical cloze, or numeric fill-in-the-blank questions, are answered by typing in exact matchings of numbers.
Cloze Select
Cloze Select questions use dropdown lists embedded in sentences.
Slider Scale
Slide scale questions are answered by dragging the circle either left or right depending on how confident the user is on their answer. The further left or right the slider is, the greater the neurons/points that can be earned.
