Welcome to QuantHub!

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

We are excited to introduce a new addition to our school’s Math and Digital Literacy course materials. The Alabama State Department of Education has invested in developing a platform to help students as they are increasingly expected to understand, analyze, and interpret data.

QuantHub is a safe, educational platform that has been used in companies such as Southern Company to help people learn about how to responsibly use data. QuantHub is based out of Alabama and has adapted its platform to teach Alabama students grades 8-12. It uses brief questions, scenarios, and resources to help students practice quantitative reasoning skills.

QuantHub is a learning platform that can be used in as little as 10 minutes a day with the ability to adapt to students’ skill levels, remediating weaknesses and accelerating based on strengths. Students will learn that the field of Data Science is exciting and growing! Lessons aim to support students’ achievement in Alabama Math Course of Study, Digital Literacy, and Computer Science. Students will work their way through obtaining 100% mastery in skills while also working toward receiving their data detective badge.

Students will be using QuantHub in class, but they are welcome to use it at home or in their free time at school. Each student will have the opportunity to win prizes for learning!

We are excited to be partnering with the Alabama State Department of Education, and the University of Alabama at Birmingham in piloting this software in your school. We welcome parents’ feedback and would like to invite you to view the platform and participate in a focus group.

Please contact us at support@quanthub.com, so that we can register your parent account.

By taking part in QuantHub, your student is taking one step closer to being prepared for a future driven by data.
