      How do I unlock my skill once I'm locked out?

      Locked out of a skill? No problem! Here's how to unlock it and get back to learning.

      If you answer 3 questions incorrectly during a study session, you’ll be locked out of that skill for 15 minutes. Don’t want to wait? Try switching to another skill—interleaving strengthens retention.

      Prefer to stick with the same skill? Simply follow these steps to dive back in:

      1. Click "Unlock."Unlock option in the Learning dashboard.
      2. A window with a problem will pop up. Input the correct answer and click "Unlock skill.""Unlock skill" button.
      3. Click "Master this skill." Happy learning!"Master this skill" button.
