How do I read the "Users & teams" dashboard?

Company admins have access to several dashboards to manage users and teams in their organization.

The "Users & teams" tab offers an array of user and team management options.

Users Dashboard

Filters

Filter by Team: You have the option to filter by team with this dropdown.

Sorting

Name, Email, Learner, Manager, Admin: Click any of these column headers to sort its data in ascending or descending order.

Invitation Status: Click the checkmark icon to sort for accepted (green checkmark) vs. pending (grey circular arrow) invitations.

When onboarding or troubleshooting a user, sort by this column to quickly identify any issues. If the user has a grey arrow by their name, send another invitation to them by clicking the arrow, click the resend invitation button, or share their invite code via clicking "Edit" on their profile.

Add a User

  1. Click "Add user."
  2. Fill in NameEmail, and Permissions.
  3. Click the "Send welcome email" button.

Bulk Update

If you want to bulk update your users list with a CSV file upload, navigate here to learn more on how to utilize this feature.

Edit & View User Information

  1. Click "Edit" to edit and view more details for a user.
  2. From here, you can edit NameEmail, and Permissions of the user. 
  3. Click the "Update user" button.

If the user has not accepted their invitation, there will be an Invitation section. You can share the provided link with them to get them started learning in QuantHub. You also can click the blue "Resend invitation" button to send them another email to get into QuantHub.

Teams Dashboard

Filters

Search: You can filter for existing teams within your organization. Simply type in the team you're looking for.

Sorting

Name, Learners, Managers: Click any of these headlines to sort its data in ascending or descending order.

Add a Team

  1. To add a team, click the "Add team" button.
  2. Name your team. Then select the managers and learners for this team.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the "Create team" button in the left corner of the screen.

Edit a Team

  1. To edit a team, click the "Edit" button next to the team you want to update.
  2. Select/deselect the desired managers and learners for the team.

  3. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the "Update team" button in the left corner of the screen

Delete a Team

  1. Click the "Edit" button next to the team you want to delete.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the screen and click the "Delete team" button in the right corner.
